The following are the policies that help us to give you and other guests a wonderful visit.

Check in/check out policy
Check in time is 4:00 pm, Check out time is 11:00 am

Meals
Breakfast is the only meal served

AC & Heating
            Central heat and air conditioning throughout the house
            controlled from one location

Electronic Entertainment
            Free wireless internet for your notebook computer

Pet Policy
Pets not allowed in the rooms.

Rooms
Two allowed in each room

Smoking Policy
The Lazy J Ranch has a “no smoking” policy in the house

Cancellation Policy
To receive full refunds guests must cancel at least 30 days before check in.
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days they will receive a refund of 50% of total payment.
If they cancel less than 7 days before check in there is no refund.
They will also receive full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking if said cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check in.
